A Learning Community
At Mt. Hood Guardians, we believe that to teach is to learn it twice. Both Jose and Angelica lead by example, mentoring not just through their own instruction but also encouraging advanced students to become leaders and teachers themselves. Though our instructors and student-teachers’ bios aren’t made public, they play a vital role in supporting every student’s journey toward personal growth and success.
,Jose Rodriguez has built an academy where students of all ages can develop their skills in a positive, supportive environment. His commitment to their community and the development of each student ensures that everyone who steps onto the mat at Mt. Hood Guardians leaves stronger in both body and mind.
